This course is focused on mastering exam technique. it is designed for AQA A Level students who understand the content, but want to improve their exam technique.

Students may struggle with exam technique due to the limited class time to focus on exam questions, cover teachers due to teacher absences or confusion due to over complicated explanations.

In this course Marie gives students effective, yet simple strategies on how to answer all types of questions in the exam, from short answer questions up to 16 mark essays. Students will complete the course feeling confident on exam technique and know how to play 'the exam game'!

Marie offers a no nonsense, direct approach on how to get full marks every time. She is bringing together over ten years experience as a Head of Psychology, an examiner, 1000s of hours of private tutoring and with detailed knowledge of every single exam paper, mark scheme and examiners report.

After each lesson there will be sample questions where Marie talks through the strategy for each type of question and then questions for students to practice, making it a active course with students having the chance to practice.

The course may also be used for teacher CPD for non-specialist teachers or NQTs.
